But i said I went around the wolf in D23, which avoids the other one. Second one hits though.

Yes but you started out in C-24 which is adjacent to both of the wolves.

So when you moved, you moved out of a threatened square for the one in D-25 right off the bat. Hence the opportunity attack.

If you would rather not move then let me know and I can fix the map.

Tulka notices Fang knocking out wolves now instead of killing them, and is grateful. Yes, grateful. She would have to remember that feeling.

Hoping that perhaps the wolves will run off if the 2nd alpha is subdued, she moves quickly away from the wolf in front of her. She sends confusing thoughts at the wolf, hoping to catch him unawares before psychically assaulting it.

Mambele's turn once again.

Tulka should be happy with Mambele, as he hasn't hurt any wolves yet either, though certainly not from lack of trying!

The wolves prove less interested in earning the Wilden's affection, and Mambele cries out in pain and anger as a wolf latches onto his calf. He takes a quick jump back, the wound being thankfully superficial, and readies a new attack.
