The Hanged Man
Good
A new addition to the pantheon of Sollette, The Hanged Man was created when a group of adventurers interrupted a ritual being performed by an evil cult. The interruption caused the ritual to go awry and the energies were channeled into a hanged guardsman that was displayed by the cult to ward off intrusions.
The Hanged Man embodies Justice in the pantheon. Favored by bounty hunters, he advocates bringing justice to the world through any means necessary, even outside the law. He appears as a man made of rope, with a black hood around his head and a noose around his neck. His arms and legs are armored and he wears a long loin cloth with a stylized noose. His heart beats black in his chest and is visible through a gap in the rope that his bare chest is comprised of. He wields a longsword and shield.
His tenets are:
- Evil should be punished by the just. Do not let it escape your wrath.
- Justice is not vengeance. Don't let personal feelings get in the way of your mission.
- Innocence must be protected at all costs.

Followers of the hanged man tend to carry a noose round their waste as a belt. There is also a strange trend of using two shields as weapons instead of a blade.
