Mambele is up!

Mambele is not in a good mood. His pose is awkward with cuts and bruises, and his childish scowl shows he's angry at himself again for not being awesome enough for his own impossible standards.

All the same, his pride is not large enough to keep him from appreciating the accomplishments of others, and a genuine smile graces his face as he watches the undead fall en masse to the wilden's attack. He whistles and cheers. "Holy stars! You'll earn your own constellation yet, Miss Tulka!"

Emboldened by his companion's success and ignoring his own condition, the warlock tries to help Fang. "Get off of him, you putrid sack of disease!"

Curse Z1 (Minor, At Will)

Prestidigitation: Causes a jet of fake fire to shoot out of his enchanted gloves, hoping to fool the zombie into retreating to relieve Fang from the flank, and hopefully to trigger an attack of opportunity.

Should I roll for +10 Bluff, +9 Intimidate, or does his effort automatically fail because these zombies are too suicidal to care, fooled or not?

The illusion has no effect due to the rotten brain of the zombie.

The Wight screams out in rage as the battle turns against him.

"Enough! Bind them!"

Suddenly you all feel a chill enter your bodies. A mist coalesces around each of you, hindering your movement until you can no longer move at all. It appears that the spirits rising from the zombies' corpses have finally made their presence known.

"I've had enough of this. Bring them to the masters." Your legs are forced to move forward, following the limping wight out of the room and up the stairs.

Mambele reeeeeeally places way too much weight on their whole 'chosen by angels' status to worry too much about the Masters. Whatever flaws you pin on him, lack of faith ain't one of them, even after learning that so many of his expectations in life did not come out as he expected.

"Relax, Fang!" he says, even smiling as the group is dragged forward. "I, for one, am glad to see that we'll finally meet an opponent a bit less ethereal than 'Unstoppable Doomsday', and a bit more meaty than 'Some Dude Who Cheats At Trivia Contests'."

Although not quite magic in the traditional sense, there is an arcane quality to it.

You are being possessed by a malevolent spirit. Although it is not powerful enough to influence your mind, it can force your body to it's will.

Though he has no chance of understanding or countering their magic, the warlock rakes his brains for any useful info he might have heard before about necromancers.

Necromancers are nearly unheard of in Sollette. The stigma against necromancy is strong since the Demons who invaded used it against the entire world. Most people don't even realize that it is possible to raise a corpse from the dead and so undead are relegated to frightening stories for children.

Even those who create golems steer away from using body parts or bones.

So common knowledge for necromancers is that they raise the dead and exceptionally evil.

Oddly enough, this would make them extremely powerful, even just psychologically.

In other words, those of you native to Sollette should be terrified.

Tiagarth would be a little more nonchalant since the eladrin also use necromancy as a tool.

Tulka would just be pissed off at the abominations they have created.

Every attempt to remember anything useful about their captors just makes Mambele all the more worried, and as minutes drag by and he finds himself dragged along like a zombie himself deeper and deeper into the tunnels, Mambele begins to grow very frightened. Thankfully, he's had a lot of training in at least maintaining composure. "I'm sorry I failed you, Miss Tulka." he whispers to himself, thinking about the words of the angel, which has made the Wilden more important in his mind's eye than anyone else on the team.
